Living Room
The living room is designed for slowing down — comfortable seating, natural light, and space to gather without feeling crowded. It’s a place to read, talk, rest, or simply be together at an unhurried pace.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully functional and set up for real use — shared meals, morning coffee, and evenings that don’t revolve around schedules. Simple, practical, and meant to be lived in. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker. Everything is provided and in working order—just bring your food and settle in.
Side Entry Sitting Room
Originally an enclosed two-car garage, this side-entry space now offers a practical sitting area and an easy transition between outdoors and the rest of the home.
Guest Bathroom
The guest bathroom features a double vanity, full-size bathtub, and generous storage, with plenty of space to move comfortably.
Downstairs Bedrooms
Two downstairs bedrooms provide comfortable, straightforward sleeping spaces designed for rest and everyday use.
Fresh bedding and plenty of bath towels are provided for guest use.
Primary Bedroom and Bath
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom, offering a quiet, comfortable space to rest and unwind.

Loft Bedroom
The loft bedroom is an open space with two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Overlooking the living area, it includes a small walk-in closet and an open banister; adult supervision is required.
